I originally visited the Rialto location and then wanted to try this one since it's closer to my house. After 3 visits I have decided I will instead drive out to the other location to get my food. The first time I visited (probably about 6 months ago) I ordered online and when I picked up my order they forgot to give me any of the rice for the bowls. I had to go back in after checking my food at the car and ask for my rice. The second time, I went in to order to avoid the rice being forgotten. I made notes of all the items I wanted (4 bowls plus some musubi). The employee who took my order was aggressive while taking my order. She seemed confused and inconvenienced by how I ordered. She kept asking me extra questions and seemed to not understand the number of bowls I wants and at the end I had to repeat at least 5 times that I wanted 3 spam musubi. By the end of the ordering I was frustrated and stressed. The third time I ordered i decided to order online again to avoid dealing with that employee. I placed my orders through their website and when I picked up the food they had it zip tied closed so I couldnt check it fully but it seemed like there were the correct number of containe

Best service! Very pleased with the kindness and helpful service by Beslie. You don’t find customer service like the service I received today. Ahipoke, careful I may snatch Beslie to come work for me!

We each had a two scoop, lava tuna and another tuna that was sweeter and all the fixings. The scoops were generous and all the fixings were fresh. Not to mention the employees are so nice. We will definitely come back.

Ordered through GrubHub. Where did the two protein poke Bowl. The fish was fresh the salad was absolutely delicious. You get great portions for the price, I highly recommend this place if anybody loves Pokie.

Love this restaurant! Always such great attitudes when we come here. I believe they said his name is Almer, the manager. He is wonderful!! So so kind and always has a smile. He also really makes sure your bowl is packed. Probably can't tell from these photos because it had a lid on it. But the taste is fantastic!
